is it possible to make sloe jam for toast?
I have recently made a delicious batch of damson jam and i then discovered some sloes in my village, i have searched the internet looking for a recepie to make sloe jam but all there seems to be is sloe jelly or jam that you eat with meat, I just want it on my toast, do sloes make good toast jam and is there a recepie???

Have you checked the recipe here on sloe.biz?

Maybe this is a 'jelly' recipe because sloe skins are not really worth including. I haven't tried this recipe so can't really add any more. Good luck.
