With it nearly that time of year again (how quickly it comes round!) I was wondering if anybody has or will be making a sloe gin Christmas pudding this year? I'd take my traditional family Christmas pudding recipe and be adding sloes that are left over from the steeping process and adding an amount of sloe gin as well. Anyone tried this?
