Guess this is probably where this subject belongs:

I have (most) of a bottle of Grappa residing in a cupboard after a long weekend in Italy last Easter. As is my want, I bought a bottle of something (slightly) unusual. (The weirdest we've had is a bottle of Tar schnapps, yes it is made from Tar.)

Anyway the stuff is not enjoyable to drink as it stands, so I'm seeing if anyone has any suggestions in fruitifying it. The only recipe I've tracked down in a cupful each of dried Apricots and Cranberries and leave to soak for a couple of weeks.
Anyone have other suggestions?
