MyAaaaaaaany way when you come to bottle them do you just screw the bottle top back on like you would a bottle of whiskey or gin even or do you need to seel them? Say with crown caps i.e. like a bottle of budweiser? As long as it's relatively air-tight, I don't think it matters... I put some back i...

I always keep a bottle of simple sugar syrup to hand...in case any of my bottles turn out a little sour :D

I presume you mean 'sour' as in not sweet...and not 'sour' as gone bad?

The gin should kill off any sort of bugs and prevent anything turning sour or weird...

Does anyone know if strong alcohol can affect certain types of plastic? It doesn't seem to affect the PET bottles... :?

I use the same bottles - polyethylene terephthalate or PET (like soda or tonic bottles) - as well as glass...and have never noticed a difference :D However, I'm wondering if all plastic is the same given the comments by Kaobom in this thread :?
